Starting with Toot Square, go to the flower in front of the Arcade sign. There you will find the Jack egg pivit.
Now still in Toot Square go to the flower by Toots Sweets and Toot U. There you will find the Jellybean egg pivit!
Next, go to Toot U and go to the flower on the left side of the Toot U building. There you will find the Purple Star egg pivit!
Then go to the Soccer field and go to the flower next to Toot Camera. There you will find the Moo egg pivit.
Next, go to Square West and go to the flower by the Bella poster. There you will get a Red and Orange spotted egg pivit!
Next, go to Toot Motor Speedway and go to the flower right on top of the Tool Bar. There you will find the Blue and Yellow Star egg pivit! 
Next, go to Big Tree and go to the Flower next to the picnic basket. There you will find the Easter Egg Basket!!
Stay in Big Tree and go to the flower next to the Boat Rentals sign. There you will find the Snowcone egg pivit!
Next, go to Toot Castle and go through the drop bridge where the tents are. Go to the flower next to the white and red striped tent. There you will find the Shade egg pivit!
Next, go to the Enchanted Forest and go to the flower behind the Enchanted Forest sign. Here you will find the JellyBean Toot pivit!!
Stay in Enchanted Forest and go to the flower beside the tree stump. Here you will find the Cupcake egg pivit!!

After that, go to Tootlantis and go to the flower thats in front of the fish thing. There you will find the Blue and Pink striped egg pivit!!
Next go to Tootoona and go to the flower under the Surf's Up Shack. There you will find the Mayor Louis egg pivit!
Stay at Tootoona and go to the flower by the car. There you will find the Flower pivit where all all the eggs are!!
Next go to Toot Safari and go to the flower under the trees by the car. There you will find the Blue and Green striped egg pivit!!
Lastly, the very rare Golden egg pivit is at Toot Cove where the flower is, by the two trees and the skull.

Ludaniel, usually magic toots come on in the afternoon. Usually around eight pm Eastern time or later. But they can come on at anytime and any place,so be on the look out! And yes, I am the owner of this awesome blog.
