ReplyDeleteWell, first you have to know a lot about Tootsville. Have you taken the Toot Troop Recruitment test? If you haven't, go to Toot University and go over by the boxes and the pole with the toot head on it. If you take the test and you don't know some questions, look up "Tootsville Story" on google or youtube. Pretty much all the answers on the test are based off the video.
ReplyDeleteTo be ranked up, you have to show your loyalty to Tootsville. Basically, it means to be nice to others and treat others with respect. It also means to follow all the Tootsville rules (be nice, don't share your password, don't share personal info to others - that sorta stuff).
Mayor Louis is watching, and I will be sure you will be ranked up in no time! ;)
