To get to this catalog all you have to do is log into Club Penguin and go to the Town. When you are there walk into the Gift Shop and click the book on the bottom right corner of your screen. Then click to the 3rd page to take a look at these new hoodies! No hidden cheats on this page.
Now click to the next page to find your first hidden item. Next, click on the tree that I circled in black.
You have found a hidden item! You can buy the Ring Master Outfit! Mustache and all!
Click to the 6th page and click the yellow penguins beak thats circled in black.

Aw. That means that my one year old (starting from halloween) pink rocker outfit isnt going to be different anymore. Oh, and good thing my orange hoodie isnt up there! (same reason...)
