The Holiday festivities are coming very soon to Club Penguin! Construction is all around the island for the Holiday Party and Coins for Change! Speaking of Coins for Change... This event is coming to the island on December 17th!
What is Coins for Change? Well, it's an event that takes place in Club Penguin every year around Christmas time. What you can do is you can play games to earn coins, then, if you like, you can donate your coins to special causes and organizations! Last year penguins donated more than 3.5 billion coins!!!
Along with Coins for Change and the Holiday Party coming, Rockhopper is coming as well! If you take a look in the telescope at the Beacon, you can see his ship in the distance!
In the Club Penguin Times, they tell us that Rockhopper has sent a big box of pipes at the Beach!
Rockhopper has left a note for us saying that he sent the pipes and that he and Yarr will be there for Coins for Change! So....What do you think the pipes are for? Some kind of snowball powered contraption? Coins for Change machine? Hmm....
UPDATE: Ok, If you take a look at the new Better Igloos catalog, you can buy the pipes that Rockhopper has sent over. The pipes in the catalog are labeled Donation Tube. So it looks likes Rockhopper has some kind of donation plans up his beard. ;D

Twenty Grand Prize winners will be chosen. Those penguins will get 50,000 coins and their igloo featured on the Club Penguin Times. Twenty Runner-up winners will be chosen also; those winners will get 25,000 coins and their penguin name shown in the Club Penguin Times as well!
So remember, the Holiday Party, Coins for Change, and maybe Rockhopper will come on December 17!
